Upsilon Lab is a research bootcamp at UCLA’s Department of Physics and Astronomy that aims to teach physics majors valuable research skills necessary for success in professional fields like research and industry. Members take part in student-led projects, learning how to do research. This approach bridges knowledge gaps between the classroom and the fields of scientific research and engineering while also fostering a collaborative and low-pressure environment.
